Overwhelm is something that we can all relate to;  the tightness in your chest, the feeling of external pressure, sometimes we don’t even know where it’s coming from, but we just feel its presence lingering.

 

I have created this 9 minute meditation to guide you through a technique that is useful not only to dissolve the overwhelm at the moment, but to keep it at bay so that you can moving forward, rather than stalling in the physical sensations, mental resistance, and procrastination.  

 

This is something that I have used myself and found it to be super helpful and long-lasting and I hope you can experienc the same x
